
NGZSD series single-stage High-Speed Gearbox is the core component of the compressor and expander transmission system. The impeller of the compressor and expander is directly installed on the shaft end of the high-speed gear shaft, and the volute is directly installed on the Gearbox housing. The impeller is sealed in the volute through the labyrinth seal on the high-speed gear shaft.
All gears in this series of gearboxes are made of 17CrNiM06, carburized, quenched and ground. The thrust ring adopts a bevel thrust structure, which can transfer the axial force of the high-speed shaft to the thrust bearing of the low-speed shaft.
The high-speed shaft adopts radial tilting pads with a maximum speed of 58,000 rpm, and the single-stage transmission ratio can reach 4-10. One gearbox can usually install 1-4 impellers, and up to 8 impellers.




Made of high-strength alloy material, it can withstand high-frequency impact and high-temperature environment under high-speed operation. The single-stage transmission structure is compact, small in size, saves installation space, and runs stably with low vibration and noise.

Precision machining ensures accurate gear meshing, excellent wear resistance, and extended service life. It is easy to maintain, reduces comprehensive operating costs, and is suitable for a variety of high-speed transmission scenarios.


It is suitable for single-stage high-speed fans, compressors, turbochargers, precision machine tool spindle drive systems and other equipment. It is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, energy and power, industrial automation and other fields to meet the needs of high-speed and high-efficiency power transmission.

During installation, the gearbox must be precisely aligned with the axis of the power source and load equipment and fixed firmly. Check the amount and quality of lubricating oil before starting to ensure that it meets the use standards.
During operation, real-time monitoring of speed, temperature, vibration and other parameters should be performed to avoid over-rated operation.
Regularly replace lubricating oil, clean impurities inside the gearbox, check gear wear, and perform timely maintenance.

Transmission efficiency decreases:
It may be due to gear wear or poor lubrication. Check the gear condition and replace with qualified lubricant.
Abnormal noise:
It is mostly due to abnormal gear meshing clearance or loose parts. Stop the machine to adjust the clearance and tighten the connectors.
Too high temperature:
It may be due to excessive load or poor heat dissipation. Reduce the load and check the heat dissipation system.
