The company is equipped with comprehensive heat treatment equipment, which is computer-controlled and can perform carburizing, nitriding, and high-frequency quenching treatments on gears. The largest carburizing furnace is a diameter of 4000 * 2000, with a layer depth of over 8 millimeters and a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. Advanced technology and sophisticated equipment ensure that gear accuracy can reach level 4 or above (ISO1328-1:2013).
